A couple really cool personal trainers decided they wanted to give back to the military wives by offering a free "bootcamp" for military wives. The first day was yesterday, it was pretty neat. The workout took place on the San Onofre Beach. It was very pretty and motivating. I felt like I was on one of those work out commercials (they were fliming us haha), but way cooler to be on the beach then in a gym. It was a great workout, I look forward to next week!
